Negreanu Returns Ready to Party(July 1)
Daniel Negreanu hasn’t vlogged in a few days, so today he has a chance to catch up. Negreanu is getting into the party mood as this week at the 2008 WSOP, it’s party time. But for now, he is rounding out his time at the Rio today with a book signing.

Daniel Negreanu has just busted out of the Main Event at the 2008 WSOP where his set was beat by a better set. Now he’s doing some meet and greets at the PokerVT booth at the Gaming Life Expo. Then we get a visit from Paul who is killing the tournament scene after signing up for PokerVT.
Negreanu Sneaks Out of the Rio (June 22)
Today, Daniel Negreanu played in two events at the 2008 WSOP, the $2,500 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball (Limit), which he was knocked out of, and then the $1,500 Mixed Hold'em (limit/no-limit) which he was also knocked out of. Now he is making a break for it “Shawshank” style. Daniel has received the plans to the Rio Hotel and Casino and has found a way from the Poker Royalty Suite to his car without having to use the sewers. Plus he didn’t have to do the warden’s taxes.

and now finds himself in the 50K H.O.R.S.E. Tournament at the 2008 WSOP with guess who to his left? Phil Ivey.

Daniel Negreanu and Erick Lindgren are both in the 50K H.O.R.S.E. Event at the 2008 WSOP. Lindgren has a lot of chips, Negreanu has not so many, but because of the blind structure, both are confident they will be in Day 3 of the 5-day event.

Daniel Negreanu is enjoying his time while in the 50K H.O.R.S.E. Event at the 2008 WSOP. His table has a strategy and that is to keep only one seat open as the table with Doyle Brunson and Phil Ivey is about to break. Having both those players at their table would seriously jeopardize Negreanu’s healthy chip stack. Since Daniel's Mom cooks him dinner, he is using the rest of his dinner break for just that, rest.

We’re sorry to report that Daniel Negreanu did not make the final table in the 50K H.O.R.S.E. Event, but he is getting right back on the horse so to speak with the $10,000 PLO w/ Rebuys today.
